25 Days of Christmas: Gift Ideas

I am feeling a bit under the weather today so this post is coming to you from the coziness and warmth of my bed.  Aaron and I are going out of town tomorrow night after we both get off work, so I am hoping this bug gets out of my system soon.  Thank goodness for antibiotics!

Anyways, I thought I would take today's post to share with you a few things that I already have that I think would make excellent gifts.  They are all items that I currently own and love and think you or someone you know should own too!

1. Riding Boots- A couple of my college roommates got these and I loved them so much I now have both rust colored and black Lucky Brand boots (in different styles) and they were an excellent investment.  Lucky (no pun intended) for you, they are on sale at Dillard's right now but they only have black!

2. Vera Bradley Small Cosmetic Bag- My sorority sold these for mom's day one year and I take it everywhere I go!  I call it my emergency pack and it contains band-aids, Neosporin, cough drops, bobbi pins, hair ties, a pill bottle with all sorts of remedies, chap stick, and I can't even think of what else.  I really like the Lola and Canterberry Cobalt patterns!

3. NARS blush- I started using the Super Orgasm color a few years ago and it's the only blush I buy now.  It has just the right amount of sparkle and gives your cheeks the perfect pop!  If you're looking for less of a sparkle try the Orgasm color.

4. Gap's Supersoft Wide-neck T- I first read about this shirt on Mix and Match Mama's blog here and when they had a super sale a couple weeks ago I decided to go for it.  This was a decision I will never ever regret and I just convinced my mom to order a few too.  It seriously is the most comfortable shirt ever!

5. Pampered Chef Mix 'N Chop-  My mom has one of these and I recently became the owner of one thanks to my dad the super garage saler.  Why anyone would sell one of these bad boys I will never know because it seriously is the best tool for cooking ground beef!

6. Vera Bradley Large Duffel- Thanks to the $20 birthday credit I get every year, I got myself one of these in April and it did not disappoint.  You can seriously fit so much stuff in this bag it is unreal!  There are tons of patterns on sale right now too making it the perfect Christmas present!

7. Tervis Insulated Tumbler- I take this cup everywhere I go and there is a lifetime guarantee if something breaks.  There are so many designs so it's a perfect gift to personalize for that special someone.  They also sell them at Bed Bath and Beyond so if you get one of those handy dandy coupons in the mail you now have something to use it on!

8. Books- I can't be specific here because there are so many I own and love, but I had to add books because I think they are an excellent gift to give and receive!

Hope this helps with your holiday shopping!
